Bio- Soakpit

JALFIL’ Modular Bio-Soakpit are constructed from high strength Polypropylene material that has been engineered to allow water to be captured and efficiently discharged inside a structural void surrounded in Geo textile fabric. Water entering the tank is stored temporarily and naturally dissipates back into the surrounding ground at a rate depending on the soil type.

'JALFIL' Modular Tank can be installed in a variety of soil types due to the remarkable infiltration rates proven to be up to six times greater than gravel filled systems. The high compressive strength of the modules enables tank installations under traffic areas such as car parks and driveways.

This is a very quick and convenient way of installation with out any masonry and is long lasting with out any maintenance requirement.. In the normal soak pit systems, only less than 10% of the pit size volume of water could be applied in. In our modular system, the full capacity of the tank (95% of the pit volume) is used.

water from the building / house together with the septic tank overflow could be connected to the percolation tank to have a trouble free septic and waste water management for years.

Integrating the Bio Soakpit  with the Biomax microbial culture, a trouble free percolating soak pit system is attained which lasts for years maintenance free.

The advanced Bio-max microbial culture is a combination of millions of aerobic and anaerobic microbial spores with the necessary enzymes for their activation. These microbes convert the FOG (Fat, Oil & Grease) in the waste water in to water and gases. The water thus formed is percolated easily to the ground.

The requirement of the bio culture is recommended based on the utility and quantity of the wast water.

ALFIL' Modular Tanks offers a cost-effective and flexible alternative when installing an underground rainwater harvesting tank, soak pit, septic tank - leach pit etc. Our tanks are extremely robust and can be installed in landscaped areas or under driveways, thus optimizing valuable land area for the building owner and avoiding the visual impact created by above ground water storage systems.

Compared to conventional gravel systems, the 'JALFIL' Modular Tanks offers 95% void storage that reduces tank sizing by up to two thirds saving on excavation and soil removal costs.
